Harvested from the cold, clean waters of the Gulf of Maine and Georges Bank, our Acadian redfish are off-loaded with care and handled minimally to preserve quality from dock to dish.
Each fish is inspected dockside, then brought straight to our facility for processing. The result: consistent, traceable product with the freshness you can taste.
